fix: Reload AGENTS dict when agent is deleted

- Add global AGENTS reload after agent deletion
- Ensures agent immediately disappears from all dropdowns/UIs
- Matches agent creation behavior (which already reloads)
- Fixes issue where deleted agents still appeared in chat/task forms
