chore: Update agent work files and documentation

Agent updates:
- AR Manager: Add memory tasks.json, performance log
- Negotiator: Update reminders, systemprompt, add strategy doc
- Orchestrator: Update reminders, add performance & budget reports
- Researcher: Remove test file

New content:
- Diversity Ball sponsor research documentation
- Email template for beverage sponsor inquiry
- Sponsor strategy tracking

Cleanup:
- Remove old Location Report (outdated)
